If you have never done Pilates, want a refresher or have an injury this package is for you!
First session is a consultation & movement assessment where we will find out what you love to do, discuss any limitations or injuries, look at how you move and lay the foundations for alignment.
The next 2 sessions will introduce basic anatomy, cueing and movements, understanding of your biomechanics, breath work as it pertains to core activation, introduction to the various exercises and techniques taught in classes.
If you have Pilates experience and are new to the studio this package is for you!
In the private session we will discuss medical and movement history, and review the techniques and exercises being taught in group mat classes.
This is a pre-requisite to attending Group Pilates Equipment classes ie: Reformer, Chair, Springboard.
A Private Orientation session on the Reformer, Chair and Springboard for those wanting to join Pilates Group Equipment. You will learn how to set up the equipment and and try out the exercises on each.
