Claire, a Level 1 & 2 Trained Bone Fit™ Teacher, offers specialized movement classes for clients at risk of low bone density and those living with Osteoporosis. Bone Fitness classes also cater to anyone interested in maintaining and building muscle and strength for daily activities and other physical pursuits. These classes include fun and challenging weight-bearing exercises and resistance training with bands and heavy weights, employing progressive overload principles to improve functional muscle strength, stability, balance, gait, agility, postural endurance, and core strength.
Flow Style class combining Deep Core Activation with Strengthening, Stretching intervals. This dynamic reformer Workout moves in a flow challenging your core, brain, balance, strength, and flexibility. The Reformer is one of the original pieces of resistance exercise equipment designed by Joseph H. Pilates. Resistance is provided by the participants body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform.
This upbeat circuit-style Pilates class uses multiple pieces of the Pilates apparatus for a total-body workout that’ll get your heart pumping! Stations include the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Reformers with trampolines, BOSU, and Roller Balance Board. It’s a fun and challenging way to experience all the equipment in the studio and get a full-body workout.
The Pilates chair, with less support than a Reformer, adds a new challenge to your Pilates workout. This class builds Functional Core, Stability, and Balance. Most exercises are done sitting or standing, which is great for functional and athletic training.

Using targeted self-massage with therapy balls and guided breathwork, you’ll release deep tension, reduce pain, and calm your nervous system—leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease in your body.

YTU® is a preventative movement system that combines yoga, self-massage, and breathwork to enhance movement and well-being. Biomechanics-based classes help identify and correct overused, underused, or misaligned areas of the body, reducing pain, improving posture, building strength, and facilitating easier movement. Health professionals recommend YTU® for lasting, full-body results. Classes are tailored to the needs and level of registered participants.
